User Research & Navigation Mapping
We conducted user interviews and card-sorting exercises to understand how users expected to access information.

We transformed Nuna’s enterprise platform by unifying navigation, standardizing data visualization, and streamlining workflows to better serve Payers, Providers, and Executives.
By creating a scalable design system, optimizing information hierarchy, and reducing friction in data access, we made it easier for users to analyze insights, make informed decisions, and adapt to platform updates with minimal retraining—all while working within existing backend constraints.
